ABOUT WARD CONTRACTING
Ward Contracting and Building Restoration is a family run general contracting and masonry restoration company capable of completing all your remodeling, renovation and restoration projects.
The Ward family has been in the construction industry since 1976. The founder was Michael Ward and he conducted business under the company name of M. Ward Contracting Corporation. For twenty years M. Ward Contracting Corporation grew into a firm providing quality masonry restoration and general construction to religious, health care and institutional properties throughout the Chicagoland area. Upon his retirement in 1996, Michael's sons, Mark and Brian Ward, established a new company called Ward Contracting and Building Restoration. The name was changed to better reflect the services they provide. This new company expanded their General Construction capabilities while continuing the quality restoration work for which it had been known. Mark and Brian not only manage projects from the office but also participate, on-site, in the organization of each project. This helps to maintain their contact and accountability with their customers.
Currently Ward Contractiong and Building Restoration enjoys a well deserved reputation for quality, on-time, on-budget contracting and restoration work. They have received awards for employee safety and boast a favorable insurance and bonding rating.
Ward Contracting and Building Restoration employs and has union agreements with the Tuckpointers, Bricklayers, Carpenters and Laborers Locals. Most of their tradesmen have been with the company since it's inception.
