Ward Contracting Masonry Division has experience grinding and pointing mortar joints in brick masonry, limestone and terra cotta facing. We also work with the removal and replacement of face brick at shelf angles, window lintels, parapet walls or sections of walls that have been displaced from the original installation.
Over the past few years, limestone work has become a much larger part of our business and as weather and age have taken their toll on Chicago area buildings, the demand for decorative stone replacement, limestone panel and "Dutchman" work has also steadily increased.
Ward Contracting also handles Terra Cotta repair and replacement. We also handle sealant replacement for curtain walls, windows, granite decks, marble decks and facades.
